Rachel Barnes-Operating Partner
Hey there! My name is Rachel Barnes and I am the Operating Partner for Chick-fil-A Falls Village and Six Forks & Strickland. I began working for Chick-fil-A and Chris Latta in 2012 after graduating from North Carolina State University. I married my college sweetheart and we have two little boys! I enjoy working with our directors and team to serve our guests to the best of our ability. One of my favorite things about my job is working together as a team to achieve one common goal and vision- to be the world's most caring company! It is such an honor to be able to work alongside some of the best people in Raleigh. We work hard and have fun doing it.

Drew Creech-Assistant Operating Partner
I started at Chick-fil-A seven years ago as a team member while I was in college. I thought I wanted to be a teacher because I wanted to work with kids. As I gained more leadership opportunities in the store, I realized that I got to work with the same types of kids every day. I fell in love with the culture, the people, and the camaraderie.

Salib Rizk-Six Forks & Strickland Operations Director
My story with Chick-fil-A starts when I was fourteen years old. Why I love Chick-fil-A is working with the people! My former operating partner, Brandon Duke really poured into me and pushed me to become a leader with Chick-fil-A. I now get to be that same positive influence on so many of the other team members I get to work with now as they grow personally! It is extremely rewarding to see them develop.

Bobby Mintz-Six Forks & Strickland Operations Director
I have been working for Chris since March of 2021 and have been working for Chick-fil-A in total since 2018. I love working at Chick-fil-A because of the daily challenges and the countless number of lives I have the opportunity to impact. Everyday, I work with an amazing team. We all strive for excellence by seeking to give our amazing guests a remarkable experience! I am extremely competitive as I was a D1 Cross Country/Track and Field Runner at NC State! Chick-fil-A gives me an opportunity to exercise my competitive nature!
